Our global ambitions for the four business lines require us to employ standardized methods of producing and distributing guarantees and services worldwide. To this end, centres of excellence for each business line are charged with defi ning and applying international production and product/service standards in all the countries where Coface is present.

Global production and data-processing infrastructure
In order to become world leader in Trade receivables management, Coface began a vast project in 2004 aimed at putting a global data-processing infrastructure in place. Its objective is for each of its four business lines to use a single, interactive, high-performance and secure software system in order to provide clients with a quicker, more reliable and honed response. Each software system can now use complementary data contained on the other systems thanks to their common technical platform standards.

Quality standards The Focus programme launched in 2005 executes Coface’s client-satisfaction commitments in all its offi ces worldwide. The programme is based on measures of satisfaction applicable to each business line and operational in 41 countries. Outcomes lead to action plans that are evaluated each year. Client expectations are then established operationally for each business line. A client-satisfaction, management system based on representative indicators, helps increase employee awareness of service quality. |

Cofanet, a website accessible to all Cofanet is a highly secure internet space available in 23 languages and 55 countries. It allows companies to manage all their trade receivables online anywhere in the world with a single access code and password. Subscribers have a full view of all their contracts and instant access to the most appropriate actions to take with regard to prospects, clients or debtors, across all four of Coface’s business lines. The site serves over 130,000 subscribers who make over 400,000 online requests each month. |
